As IAM celebrates 30 years of being a constructive religious voice in Africa, we spoke to some of our cherished friends and allies who have partnered with the organisation over the years.
This week, we hear from Reverend Msizi Ntibane – Priest in the Anglican Church of Southern Africa.
“IAM has deepened my commitment to justice and authenticity in ministry, affirming that all are truly made in God’s image. I am an Anglican Priest, and in my local Parish St Mark’s Imbali, I initiated Bible studies on inclusion, creating a safe space for prayer and healing for all people, regardless of their sexuality. I have also initiated Bible studies on inclusion, which have nurtured belonging and visibility within our faith community. IAM’s witness reminds me daily that inclusive love transforms lives and that it’s starts with me.“
